I struggled with stagnant weight, low energy, low libdo and mood swings for several years.
I felt frustrated, angry and worst of all, defeated.
I tried everything: a variety of diets and cleanses, spending hours at the gym (sometimes even going twice in one day!), restricting my calories, counting macros, spending hundreds of dollars on supplements, seeing doctors, specialists, naturopaths, and nutritionists...

I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Hating how I felt was not an option. Hating the way clothes fit me was not an option. Hating the body I saw in the mirror and not loving myself was not an option. I was all in.
So I went on a mission to get to the root cause of my issues… and discovered that all along I had a hormone imbalance that was preventing me from feeling incredible in my body…
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.

What does The Balanced Body GROUP mean?
The Balanced Body Method GROUP basically includes everything that TBBM VIP includes, with the exception of 1:1 time with Monika Eva.
Is The Balanced Body Method VIP a group program?
This is a 1:1 transformation program with a component of weekly group check ins. The effort and work you put into your own health journey will be independent from anyone else. You will receive 1:1 attention in the weekly group check ins.
I've tried other programs and they didn't work. How will this one be different?
I can assure you you've never tried anything like The Balanced Body Method before. This is a fully customized for you transformation program that takes into account your hormone imbalances, gut imbalances and healing opportunities. We don't chase symptoms. We get to the root cause of your issues through the use of full functional testing so that you can get back to living your best life.
I'm not looking to lose weight. Can this program still help me?
Yes! As long as you have goals of improving your health, The Balanced Body Method will benefit you. At the start of the program, you'll have the opportunity to provide your top 3 goals you'd like to achieve and your customized protocols will be designed in a way to help you achieve your outlined goals.
How long will it take me to go through the entire program?
The entire program is 12 weeks in length from start to finish.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
You will not need to spend more than 10-15 minutes going through the weekly program content. Weekly coaching calls last between roughly 45-60 minutes. Additional time will need to be set aside to grocery shop and meal prep (you will receive a shopping list with recipes to save you time).
I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind?
The beauty of the way the program was designed is that you can follow it while travelling. If you decide that you need to pause it for a bit, you totally can! You have lifetime access to the documents.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
Prior to enrolling, you must apply to confirm that you are a good fit for the program.
When can I expect to see results?
