Hi, I am Monika Eva! I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Founder of The Balanced Body Method and The Hormone Course for Coaches.

Since starting my career in 2018, have helped 1000+ women balance their hormones so they could release weight, regain energy & libido and feel sexy and confident in their skin inside out through the use of functional testing, my proven 4 phase method and a holistic approach that is customized to the individual.

For years, I struggled with losing weight. I tried every fad diet, cleanse, detox and bootcamp you could possibly imagine. And it doesn’t end there. Losing weight wasn’t my only struggle. I also suffered from debilitating migraines, fatigue (adrenal), out of control sugar cravings, terrible digestion, PMS, the worst bloating and anxiety.

It wasn’t until I got a handle of my hormones that my health started to improve. My energy increased, my headaches subsided, my bloating became less frequent, my mood improved and the fat started to melt right off me.

Now, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping women look and feel fabulous from the inside out without dieting, spending hours at the gym and sacrificing their hormonal health.
